Detection Kit for 2019-nCoV (N/E/RDRP Gene)
This three-target SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic assay is based on one-step method of RT-PCR technology, selecting novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) N gene, E gene, and RDRP gene as the amplification target area, as well as designing specific primers and fluorescent probes for detection of novel coronavirus nucleic acid in specimens. This covid 19 triple-targets test kit contains endogenous internal standard detection system as well, used for monitoring of process of specimen collection, nucleic acid extraction, and PCR amplification in order to decrease the occurrence of false negative result. In addition, this covid test kit has anti-contamination ingredients, uracil DNA glycosylase, namely UDG enzyme whose mechanism of action is as follows: selectively hydrolytic cleavage of uracil glucosidic bond which contains dU double strand or single strand of DNA, form basic group-deficient DNA strand which will be further hydrolyzed and fractured in the environment of alkaline and high temperature, thus being eliminated.
