Detection Kit for Enterovirus 71/Coxsackievirus A16/Enterovirus RNA (PCR-Fluorescence Probing) is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of enterovirus in feces, throat swab and anal swab specimens, and can be used to distinguish between Enterovirus 71 and Coxsackievirus A16.
